Most people hear “several companies, two founders” and assume we are drowning.

We are not.

When Nyan and I started building, we did everything manually. Every report, every update, every piece of backend work — all of it by hand. At some point we realized that if we were going to scale the way we wanted to, something had to change. So we started building systems.

We have built and launched companies across AI tooling, sports analytics, fintech, consumer social, and deep tech — and partnered with businesses to help them automate and modernize how they operate. All of it runs lean. Here is how.

The way we make this work comes down to three things: API-driven agents, automated backends, and workflows.

We have built agents that run on their own every single day. They pull data, process it, make decisions, and output results — without either of us touching a thing. We build them once and they run forever. That is the power of building with AI at the core rather than bolting it on later.

On the backend side, work that used to take hours is now automated. Data processing, reporting, updates, syncing — all of it runs on its own. Two people can manage infrastructure that would have required a full engineering team five years ago.

The next frontier for us is social media and marketing automation. We are actively building systems that handle content scheduling, post generation, and distribution — so the businesses we partner with stay active and visible without either of us spending hours on it every week.

The result is that while we still work hard — and we do — the nature of the work has shifted. Less repetitive execution, more building and strategy. AI handles the volume. We handle the vision.
