Automate everything
6AI runs on its own automation. The mission is to automate everything — starting with ourselves, then for the property management companies we work with.
How 6AI actually runs
Neither founder sends an email by hand. A rough draft — a few lines of what needs saying — goes to Baraq, our own AI employee, or to Claude. The agent writes the real thing, brings it back for approval, and once one of us signs off, it sends. Our LinkedIn posts run through the same loop. So do the follow-up, the scheduling, the notetaking, and most of the small work that fills a normal company's week.
Even business decisions run through it. When we are weighing a new idea, we ask Baraq what he thinks before we act — he reasons through it with more depth than most people expect from an AI assistant. The judgment calls stay human: nothing goes out without a person approving it. Everything around that judgment is automated.
Draft
We hand the agent a rough idea — a few lines of what needs saying.
Write
Baraq or Claude turns it into the finished email or post.
Approve
It comes back to us for a yes. Nothing goes out without one.
Send
The agent sends it — we never touch the send button.
Proven on ourselves, built for our clients
This is what separates our frameworks from a pitch deck: they are in production, running a real company, every day. When we automate a property management workflow — tenant and owner communications, notices and renewals, rent-collection follow-up, compliance documents, data between systems, live dashboards — we are adapting systems that already survive daily use, not experimenting on a client's operation.
It is also why our scope is honest. Because we have automated our own email, publishing, scheduling, research, and decision support end to end, we know exactly where the line sits: if the work is digital and it repeats, we can genuinely automate it. And we know what has to stay with a person — the approvals, the judgment, the relationships — because we drew that line for ourselves first.
Found by strategies other agencies don't have
The same logic applies to search. We work inside AI systems all day, so we optimize for how they actually read the web — not just how Google ranked pages five years ago. That work is GEO, generative engine optimization: structured data, clear entity signals, content organized so an AI can quote a specific claim, and machine-readable summaries built for answer engines like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity — on top of the owner-intent SEO that still decides who ranks on Google.
Most agencies are still selling the five-years-ago version. Our SEO/GEO playbook exists because we built it for ourselves — this site is optimized with the same techniques we sell — and because our agents run the optimization loop continuously instead of in monthly batches. When an owner asks Google or an AI assistant who should manage their property, the goal is simple: our clients are the answer.
