As CEO, Roman runs the client side of 6AI. He takes the first call with every property management company, maps where the opportunity actually is — search visibility, manual workload, or both — and turns that into the plan the work follows. He stays on the engagement after it starts rather than handing it to an account manager.
He also sets what 6AI builds. The decision to specialize in property management instead of taking any business that would pay was his call, and it is the reason the company can walk into a first meeting already knowing how owners search and where the hours go. Alongside the executive side — direction, partnerships, and what the company takes on — he builds too, putting his own AI experience into the systems 6AI ships rather than only selling them.
That instinct is not new. Roman is a senior at St. Andrew's Episcopal School in Austin, TX and a serial entrepreneur who started multiple businesses before graduating high school — coaching youth basketball, running small local operations, and building AI-driven sports betting agents, where he found he had a real talent for designing systems that could think, predict, and act on their own. That work took him to 8VC, where an internship on the investment team gave him a front-row seat to how top investors evaluate founders, markets, and ideas.
