The AI Agency Crisis
Why most AI agencies sell and leave — and why 6AI builds and stays.

Since launching 6AI, we have watched the AI agency space grow fast. Too fast, in some cases.
A lot of what we see out there follows the same pattern. Someone sells a business on “AI integration,” delivers something surface-level, collects the check, and moves on to the next client. The AI era has created a gold rush, and a lot of agencies are just there to cash in on the hype before it fades.
We saw this gap early. We are seeing it even more clearly now.
The difference for us is simple. Nyan and I have built and scaled our own businesses using AI. Not theorized about it. Not sold a slide deck about it. Actually built it, shipped it, and lived with the results. That experience is what shows us exactly where the real gap is — most businesses do not need someone to sell them AI. They need someone to build it with them and stay through the hard part.
That is where 6AI comes in.
We do not sell AI as a feature and disappear. We embed directly into the businesses we work with. We build the systems, the agents, the workflows — the same way we have built our own companies — and we stay through scaling, iteration, and everything that comes after the first version ships.
If you are tired of agencies that sell and leave, we build and stay.
