Post Oak Private Wealth Advisors is a Houston wealth management firm founded in 2011 and led by Robert M. Wyrick, Jr., its Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer. It works with energy professionals, business owners, retirees, women in transition, and families.
On Google it was already in good shape: first in the map results for its core Houston searches. In AI answers it was missing. Asked who to hire in Houston, ChatGPT named other firms.
The site, on Twenty Over Ten, had the kind of problems a search engine notices. The Contact Us button led to a missing page, blog posts told Google they were copies of the blog index, dozens of articles had nothing linking to them, and the homepage carried no structured data at all.

The four guide pages we added
01 · Pages AI can cite
For widows, for people after an inheritance, for retirement planning in Houston, and for choosing a wealth manager. Each one gathers the firm's own articles on the topic into a single page, and each went live only after Robert approved it.
Articles that nothing linked to now sit under the pages that cover their topic, so readers and search engines can reach them.
02 · Structured data
Business details on the homepage, a profile for Robert linked to his SEC record, Service markup on the six service pages, and ContactPage markup. All 85 blocks on the site validate.
03 · Fixes
The Contact Us button, nine article buttons that sent readers to the wrong page, dead outside links, and an old address Google still listed now all land on the right page.
A title for the contact page, which had none, plain-English rewrites of titles and descriptions with broken grammar, and a homepage title that leads with “financial advisor”, the firm's biggest search.
The blog's posts no longer tell Google they are copies of the blog index.
Fixed across seven pages.
04 · Measurement
Bing Webmaster Tools set up and all 145 pages submitted. Bing powers Copilot and feeds ChatGPT's web search.
Phone taps and booking clicks now send an event to Google Analytics, so we can see which pages produce calls.
6AI Analytics checked the firm's Google searches and AI answers on October 12, and every run since is measured against that day.
